Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing Maxforms, using a Maxforms form, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Maxforms for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, controlling team access, and all activity that happens under your account. Notify Maxforms if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must use Maxforms in compliance with applicable laws and must have the rights, permissions, notices, and consents needed for the information you collect through forms.

Subscription plans, billing, and cancellation

Maxforms may offer free and paid plans with different limits, features, usage levels, and support options. Plan details and pricing may be shown in the application or on Maxforms pricing pages.

Paid subscriptions may be cancelled according to the billing settings available in your account or by contacting Maxforms. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically provide a prorated refund for a partial billing period.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may use Maxforms to create, publish, manage, and automate online forms, collect submissions, use templates, connect integrations, and route information to your team and tools.

You may not use Maxforms to:

• Violate laws, regulations, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or third-party rights.
• Send spam, phishing, malware, deceptive content, or unsolicited communications.
• Collect sensitive information without proper authority, notice, consent, and safeguards.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Maxforms, other accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, availability, or performance of the service.
• Use Maxforms for abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading activity.

Maxforms may suspend or terminate access when we believe an account or form violates these Terms, creates security risk, causes service disruption, or exposes Maxforms or others to legal or operational harm.

Customer data and content ownership

You retain ownership of forms, submissions, files, settings, and other content you create or collect through Maxforms. You give Maxforms permission to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and secure that content as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, retention, permissions, and required notices for your forms and submissions. Maxforms does not control what each customer chooses to collect through their forms.

Payments and third-party integrations

Maxforms may connect with third-party services such as payment processors, spreadsheet tools, automation platforms, email services, analytics tools, and other integrations. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, pricing, and availability.

If you use payment-related features, you are responsible for configuring your payment account correctly, reviewing processor fees, handling taxes, refunds, disputes, and compliance obligations for your business.

Service updates, availability, and termination

We may update, add, remove, or change features to improve Maxforms, maintain security, comply with law, or support the product. We work to keep Maxforms available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may stop using Maxforms at any time. Maxforms may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, remain unpaid, or misuse the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Maxforms is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Maxforms disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Maxforms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, unless applicable law requires a different process.
