Cloudflare Turnstile adds a visitor verification check to Maxforms spam protection. Review spam results alongside your form’s access and submission settings.
How Turnstile fits into Maxforms spam protection
Turnstile checks help distinguish automated traffic from legitimate visitors. Maxforms also evaluates other spam signals when a response arrives.
If a form uses Turnstile and the check does not pass, the response can be held in Spam for review. Spam responses do not trigger normal notifications or integration deliveries.
Review protection on your form

Check Spam prevention
Open the form’s Settings tab, then Access. Keep Spam prevention enabled when the form should filter suspicious submissions.

Test the published form
Complete the form as a visitor. Confirm a normal response reaches the Inbox and any expected integrations.

Review the Spam tab
Inspect flagged responses. Use Not spam when a legitimate response was caught.

Check other access limits
Review duplicate-submission prevention and submission limits separately. Each setting controls a different part of form access.
What happens when you mark a response Not spam?
Maxforms treats the restored response as a new accepted submission. Normal notifications and integration deliveries can then run.
Review the response before restoring it, particularly when a connected workflow creates records or sends messages.
Troubleshoot a legitimate visitor’s problem
Ask the visitor to reload the published form and try again. Check the form’s Spam tab and Access settings to understand where the response went.
