Send form submissions to Discord
Post new form submissions to a Discord channel through a direct Maxforms connection. Select the answers and metadata your team needs to see.
Connect a Discord channel

Create a Discord webhook
Open the intended channel’s settings, then Integrations and Webhooks. Create a webhook and copy its URL. You need permission to manage that channel’s webhooks.

Add the connection in Maxforms
Open Integrations, find Discord, and select Connect. Paste the Discord webhook URL and confirm the connection.

Connect the form
Open your form’s Integrate tab, choose Discord, and select the connected channel. Choose which answer fields and submission metadata to send.

Save and test
Save the integration and submit a new test response. Confirm the message reaches the intended Discord channel with the selected fields.
What the Discord notification contains
Maxforms sends the selected answers from a new submission as a Discord message. Field selection lets you keep a team notification focused on the information needed for follow-up.
For an enquiry form, include Name, Email, Enquiry, and a submission identifier. This is an example configuration, not a required field set.
The original response remains in Maxforms. Discord is the notification destination; it does not replace your Submissions inbox.
One connection identifies one channel
The Discord webhook determines the destination channel. Create or use a webhook for the channel that should receive responses.
Maxforms checks the webhook and identifies its channel when you connect. Reuse the existing connection when that channel is already connected.
If notifications stop arriving
Check that the form integration is enabled and the Discord webhook still exists. Review the integration’s delivery result before replacing the connection.
A deleted webhook or lost channel access can stop delivery. Fix the destination, reconnect if necessary, and test with a new submission.
