Build a Stripe order form with products, quantities, and the fulfilment details your team needs. Review the calculated total before accepting payment.
Configure products and quantities on the Payment field
Choose Products under How much to charge. Give each product a label and amount, then set minimum or maximum quantities where needed.
Use ordinary form fields for delivery instructions, item preferences, and customer contact details. Keep the charge calculation in the Payment field.
A product order form is not a complete inventory or shipping system. Connect the response to your fulfilment workflow and confirm stock before promising availability.

Configure the Stripe connection
connect Stripe and add a Payment field before publishing. Pick the intended Payment account and check the accepted methods offered for this form.
Use the payment amount settings for the amount mode, quantities, coupons, and fees.
Test the full payment journey
Test one product, several products, and quantity limits. If you use coupons or fees, check the final charged total for each combination.
A response is not proof of a settled payment. Check the payment status before fulfilment and test the customer’s path after a failed payment.

01Can customers order more than one product?
Yes. The Products amount mode lets you define items with prices and quantities. Customers can choose multiple items in the same Payment field.
02Where does the payment settle?
The payment is processed on your connected Stripe account. Maxforms does not hold the funds.
