Collect registration payments through Stripe and keep attendee details with the response. Choose one fixed price or charge for each person in the booking.
Choose a price model that matches the registration
Use Fixed for one registration price. Choose Per person or item to multiply a unit price by the number of attendees.
Under Details collected for each one, add the information needed for each attendee. Set a maximum per submission when one booking should have a limit.
A maximum per submission is not an event-wide capacity limit. If you need bookable time slots and seat limits, use the appropriate Services setup.

Configure the Stripe connection
connect Stripe and add a Payment field before publishing. Pick the intended Payment account and check the accepted methods offered for this form.
Use the payment amount settings for the amount mode, quantities, coupons, and fees.
Test the full payment journey
Test a single registration and a group booking. Confirm the per-person details, quantity limit, total, and final payment status.
A response is not proof of a settled payment. Check the payment status before fulfilment and test the customer’s path after a failed payment.

01Can I charge once for each attendee?
Yes. Use Per person or item, set Amount per unit, and add Details collected for each one. A maximum per submission can limit group size.
02Where does the payment settle?
The payment is processed on your connected Stripe account. Maxforms does not hold the funds.
