Services adds bookings, customers, subscriptions, and customer self-service to forms. It turns on per workspace the first time a form needs it.
What Services adds#
- An Appointment Booking field with availability, booking windows, capacity, and cancellation rules.
- One-time paid appointments through Stripe, Authorize.net, or CardPointe.
- Stripe subscriptions and Stripe invoices sent after you review a request.
- A Services area for bookings, customers, and subscriptions.
- A customer portal for appointments, session credits, receipts, and Stripe billing management.
How to tell whether your workspace has it#
Your main navigation includes Services when the selected workspace has Services.
Services belongs to one workspace. Switch workspaces before reporting a missing Services area.
Turn it on#
Add an Appointment Booking field to a form, or create a form from a service template. Asking the AI form builder for a subscription or invoice-after-review payment also turns it on. Maxforms turns Services on for the workspace and tells you in a notification.
There is no Services switch under workspace settings. Continue with Choose your service setup.
